What is the policy and procedure for returning Emotional Pitch® for a refund?

Customers have 10 business days from the date of receipt to request a refund. To initiate this process, access your Emotional Pitch® account and select Completed Orders, followed by Return Item(s).

Notes:

1. The course manual must be in excellent, unused condition, and the audio CD must be sealed in its original shrink-wrap packaging, in order to be considered for a refund. You may keep the Emotional Pitch® bookmark as our gift to you.

2. A refund request that is approved will result in a refund—for the product only—to the credit card that was used to purchase the product. Shipping costs for returning the product to Guitar Smith Online® is at the customer's expense and will not be refunded.

What is the exchange policy and procedure?

Customers have 10 business days from the date of receipt to request an exchange for a product that has been damaged while in transit or during the manufacturing process.To initiate this process, access your Emotional Pitch® account and select Completed Orders, followed by Return Item(s).

Notes:

1. The product must be in unused condition in order to be considered for an exchange. All items included in the box (i.e., book, audio CD, and bookmark) must be returned to Guitar Smith Online®.

2. An exchange request that is approved will result in a new replacement product sent to the address on file. Shipping expenses paid by the customer to send the damaged product back to Guitar Smith Online® will be reimbursed up to the original shipping price that was calculated at the time of purchase to the credit card on record. The customer will not be responsible for shipping expenses of the replacement product.
